About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support an AI-driven project for a recruitment agency. This role focuses on building and maintaining data pipelines, managing databases, and developing insightful dashboards using Python. You will work closely with the AI and data engineering teams to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards using Python (e.g., Plotly, Dash, Streamlit, or similar frameworks)
• Analyze recruitment and candidate data to generate meaningful insights
• Develop and manage databases using PostgreSQL
• Create database schemas, tables, and relationships
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Insert, update, and manage large datasets
• Implement database security policies, roles, and access controls
• Optimize queries and database performance
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate data pipelines with AI models
• Continuously update dashboards based on business requirements

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and dashboard development
• Experience with PostgreSQL (database design, queries, indexing, and policies)
• Solid SQL skills (joins, aggregations, window functions, optimization)
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard tools
• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
• Familiarity with handling structured and semi-structured data

Good to Have

• Experience working on AI/ML projects or recruitment datasets
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with APIs and data integration
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices
