Role Overview

We're seeking an AI/Data Engineer who is excited about the future of multi-agent AI systems. In this role, you'll be architecting, building, and deploying networks of AI agents that collaborate, communicate, and act autonomously across various domains—procurement, finance, operations, customer support, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-agent AI systems using agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or AgentOps).
• Create scalable data pipelines to support AI agents with real-time, structured, and unstructured data.
• Integrate vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) for agent memory and context retrieval.
• Develop APIs and orchestrate agent workflows using tools like n8n, FastAPI, or Langflow.
• Implement prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems for high-accuracy agent outputs.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent interactions, decision trees, and performance.
• Collaborate with clients and product teams to tailor AI solutions to business-specific problems.

Tech Stack You'll Work With

• Languages: Python, SQL, JavaScript (optional)
• AI Tools: LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Pinecone, Weaviate, Redis, DynamoDB
• Workflow & Orchestration: n8n, Langflow, Airflow, Step Functions
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway), GCP, Docker, GitHub Actions

Required Skills

• 3+ years in Data Engineering, ML Engineering, or AI Systems Development.
• Experience with building and deploying AI agents or chatbots.
• Strong Python and API development skills.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and vector search.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration and memory management strategies.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and secure data handling.
• Prior work on tools like LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or RAG pipelines.
• Understanding of domain-specific AI use cases (e.g., finance, supply chain, healthcare).
• Contributions to open-source AI/agent projects.
